Scope: This refund policy applies to dietary supplement products (including Arteronil) sold by Divisionbrandil from the Netherlands to customers in the European Union. EU consumer rights apply.
1. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Contact us to initiate a return. This applies to customers in the European Union.
2. Geographic Applicability
This policy applies to orders delivered within the Netherlands and the European Union. Customers outside the EU may be subject to different terms.
3. Return Conditions
Products must be returned unused and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if products have been opened or used.
